AI has freed up time to think

Handing the judgement-free work to AI frees up time. We spend it deciding what to build next. We built our own 20-screen internal system and run it in our own production every day — we use what we offer before we offer it.

The shortage is in deployment, not usage

Plenty of people can use AI now. What is missing are people who can listen to how a company works, decide where AI belongs, and stay until it is actually used. That role is needed whether a company has its systems in place or is still building them, and the demand is concentrated in the next few years.

You get to decide what has not been decided

All three division-lead seats are empty. There are no layers of approval, so you get an answer the same day. Within a month or so of joining you own work that reaches a client.

Can I attach my CV as a file?
Links only for now. Share it from Google Drive or Notion and paste the URL — just check the link is actually viewable before you send it.
Can students apply?
The roles open right now are internships. Year and major do not matter. All conditions and pay are written out in the positions page.
Where would I work?
Remote by default. Our registered office is in Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. We keep a space in the city for working together, but we never require you to come in.
