Incorporated in July 2026, we build AI systems for clients and software of our own. We are hiring interns. You choose your hours and where you work, and early on you handle work that reaches a client.
Why now
AI has freed up time to think
Handing the judgement-free work to AI frees up time. We spend it deciding what to build next. We built our own internal systems and use them every day — we use what we offer before we offer it.
The shortage is in deployment, not usage
Plenty of people can use AI now. What is missing are people who can listen to how a company works, decide where AI belongs, and stay until it is actually used. That role is needed whether a company has its systems in place or is still building them, and the demand is concentrated in the next few years.
You stand near the center of the build, early
You can take on a role in building the business early. Decisions are fast, and you hear back the same day. Within about a month of joining, you handle work that reaches a client.

FAQ
- Can I attach my CV as a file?
- We take documents as a URL. Paste a Google Drive or Notion share link, and check that it is viewable before you send it.
- Can students apply?
- Yes. We are hiring interns, and year and major do not matter. Conditions and pay are on the positions page.
- Where would I work?
- Remote by default. Our registered office is in Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. We do not require you to come in.
