AI delivery, and the support that follows it.
We start by deciding where AI belongs in your work, then build it and stay until your team actually uses it. Chatbots, AI agents, workflow automation and hardware. Requirements, PoC, implementation and maintenance each follow a defined process, so the work does not change shape when the people do. Advisory, consulting and training come from the same team.

Engagements begin with a JPY 50,000 assessment that shows where the hours actually go, and continue with a named person handling rollout and operating design.

One path that connects learning with access to companies. Daily AI news at 9am, a monthly hackathon and late-night coworking sessions give students and early-career builders a place to actually ship. People who grow here join our projects directly.

Research
We study what AI leaves behind in the people who use it.
A research institute concerned with how a person's judgment, attention, self-image and skill change after working with AI — not with model benchmarks. e-Rad registration completed in August 2026. There is no efficacy data yet. What the lab produces belongs to Gugen, Inc. and ships as business.
