General
How do Gugen's services differ?
AX is AI delivery plus the support that follows, until your team can run it in-house. Makaseta is software that clears accounting, HR and general-affairs paperwork with AI. Gugen Lab develops AI talent among students and early-career builders. The Human-Centered Intelligence Lab studies what AI leaves behind in the people who use it.
Which services are currently available?
AX, Makaseta and Gugen Lab are all live and accepting inquiries. The EGG, held by the research lab, is a research apparatus and is not for sale.
Which AI areas are you strong in?
We specialize in LLM / RAG / vector-search-based agent implementations, internal knowledge search, workflow automation, and customer support automation. We choose the cloud (Azure / GCP / AWS) based on requirements.
How do you handle NDAs and confidentiality?
We work with financial institutions, large enterprises, and manufacturers under strict confidentiality. We move to scope analysis and PoC design after signing an NDA.

About the AX business
How is pricing structured?
Zero upfront cost and a monthly subscription as the base, with project-fixed pricing available for larger engagements. Designed to start as fast as next business day and scale in stages.
What is the minimum project size?
We accept PoCs and small-scale implementations (LPs, internal chatbots, etc.). Depending on scope, we can kick off as early as the next business day.
What kind of projects do you take on?
We've built internal RAG chatbots, AI inquiry systems, technical drawing search, AI tutors, and automation agents for major prep schools, EC platforms, banks, manufacturers, real estate firms, and edtech companies.
Can you take on hardware development as well?
The AX business covers hardware development alongside software delivery. Please get in touch about projects that involve prototyping.
How engagements work
Can I talk to you before I know what I want built?
Yes. We can start from deciding what AI should take over at all: we inventory the work and separate what AI can handle from the judgment that should stay with people. The same team does the design, the build and the support, so you never get handed off.
How does the fractional AI advisory work?
We act as your company's dedicated AI concierge, taking ongoing questions from tool selection through to operating rules. Cadence and scope are designed around your team — please reach out to discuss.
What do the AI training programs cover?
We design and supervise training for your employees. Rather than a generic course, we inventory the actual work first and build the content around how it will be used on the ground.
Do you support us until we can run it in-house?
Yes. The AX business is built on the premise that we stay until your team can run it without us. We prevent knowledge silos by putting operating rules and documentation in place.
About The EGG
Can individuals purchase The EGG?
It is not for sale. It is a lab apparatus. No human-subject experiment has been run.
What's the current development status?
Hardware and the dialogue system exist. No human-subject experiment has been run. Fabrication is paused until measurement procedures are fixed.
Company / Careers
Which roles are you hiring for right now?
Interns only, in four areas: software engineering, sales / AI consulting, communications and marketing, and back office and accounting. Full-time roles will open once the business proves repeatable. See our Careers page for details.
Do you offer internships?
Yes. These are contract engagements rather than employment, with no set hours or location. You can come through the Gugen Lab community, or apply directly from the Careers page.
